Adv. Sarah David specializes in commercial and corporate law, with an emphasis on investments and venture capital, M&A and cross-border commercial transactions in various business fields. Sarah also provides ongoing counsel to entrepreneurs, companies, investors and VC funds in the various legal aspects of their local and international operations, including corporate governance, financing and other commercial matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Sarah worked at the Office of the Deputy Attorney General (International Law). Sarah was made partner in 2026.
