We represent companies, investment funds, entrepreneurs and investors in international commercial transactions, cooperation agreements, distribution arrangements, acquisitions and sales in the global market, while working regularly with foreign law firms and international institutional bodies. Our work combines business understanding of different markets with broad legal knowledge in contracts, corporate law and international regulation.
